Breakdown of membership fees
Membership fees are based on sales turnover in the in the water dispenser industry (as defined by the Bylaws) for each category of membership and activity are set annually by the Executive Council of the Association.
Categories of activity are:
Bottler
Distributor
Supplier

Where the Supplier Member acts in the capacity of a manufacturer’s agent and invoicing is undertaken by the manufacturer directly to the customer, the value of these goods and/or services must be aggregated with that of the member’s sales turnover in establishing Membership fees.
Where a Supplier Member acts as principal, or agent for several manufacturers, an additional fee element may be applied for each manufacturer represented.
Where an organisation comprises several entities with a common ownership of 51% of the shares the sales turnover of all the entities shall be aggregated in the calculation of the membership fee.
